How does UnifaceID pricing work?

Individuals pay a simple one-time fee based on their desired verification validity period (e.g. 1 Month, 6 Months, or Lifetime access). Once issued, your UnifaceID can be verified an unlimited number of times.

What payment methods are supported?

Payments are made through M-Pesa STK push. Only Kenyan M-Pesa numbers are currently supported.

Is there a fee to verify a UnifaceID publicly?

Basic verification checking (confirming human liveness, valid status, and the user's name) is 100% free. Full audit detail access requires either a Ksh 100 unlock fee or a developer API key.

How does developer API pricing work?

Signed-in users can create API keys from the developer dashboard and call the REST verification endpoints. See the API documentation for details.

How is my biometric data handled?

UniFace performs real-time camera diagnostics solely to confirm human liveness. Mathematical embeddings are computed to prevent duplicate account creation. Raw facial images are never published, shared, or sold.

What happens when my plan expires?

When a term plan reaches its expiration date, public lookups will report the credential as expired. You can renew your validity period at any time from your account dashboard.
